Sent with QoS 0, not retained.
Will be sent at 2Hz, and only by a table with a chip model deployed -- everywhere else
this topic is silent rather than publishing empty spots, so silence means "we do not
read chip denominations here" and not "nothing is bet".
It is the best estimate of our system of what is on the configured main bet and
progressive bet spots right now, by denomination. This is the counterpart of
side_bet_sensor, which reports the same two spots as bet or no bet: subscribe to that
one for presence, to this one for what the bet is worth.
Like side_bet_sensor and cash_sensor this ignores rounds. It is what is on the felt
at this moment, so chips leave it as soon as they are taken away or occluded, and
deciding which of these samples was the settled bet for a round is the consumer's job.
Which denominations can appear is a property of the deployed chip model. Entries with a
count of zero are left out, and there is no total: a table can in principle see more
than one currency, and those do not add up.
The chips on one seat's two bet spots.
The player_index starts at 0 and goes from left to right on the table, the same seat
side_bet_sensor numbers this way.
Each spot is the chips we currently read on it, as counts per denomination -- summed
across the stacks sitting on that spot, since what a seat has bet is one amount however
many stacks it is piled into. An empty list means we see no chips there, which is the
same thing side_bet_sensor reports as placed: false.
How many chips of one denomination are on one bet spot.
currency is the three-letter ISO 4217 code, uppercase. denomination is in whole
currency units, so a twenty-five euro chip is 25 and this entry is worth
denomination * count. Read exactly like BillCount, which is the same statement about
banknotes.
